Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using the تطبيق رايدر ("Rider App") and any products or services provided by the Rider App. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Rider App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using the Rider App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Rider App.

2. User Eligibility

   The Rider App is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By accessing or using the Rider App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. User Account

   To use certain features of the Rider App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

   The Rider App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Rider App and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations, publicly display or perform, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, except as expressly authorized by the Rider App.

5. User Conduct

   You agree to use the Rider App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You further agree not to:

   • Use the Rider App in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
   • Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
   • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Rider App or servers or networks connected to the Rider App.
   • Engage in any conduct that could disable, overburden, or impair the Rider App or interfere with any other party's use of the Rider App.
   • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

   In no event shall the Rider App or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Rider App.

7. Modifications to the Agreement

   The Rider App reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on the Rider App. Your continued use of the Rider App after any modifications to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Rider App operates (Saudi Arabia). Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

By using the Rider App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not access or use the Rider App.
